Content Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Fhelyai helps people care for and remember their pets. This policy says what you can upload and create, how we check content, how to report a problem and what we do when the rules are broken. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. What this policy covers

  • Photos and details you give Rainbow Bridge, and the images and words made from them.
  • Companion conversations and Reincarnation Readings.
  • Memorials, stories and other content you publish on Fhelyai.
  • Example images and other content on our website.

You can't type your own image prompts on Rainbow Bridge. Every scene is planned by us, so an image's content comes from our scene plus the photos and details you share about your pet.

2. What you can upload

  • Photos of your own pet that you took yourself or have the right to use, up to two per pet.
  • Your pet should be the main subject. A hand or arm holding your pet is fine.
  • No photos in which a real person is the main subject.

3. What is not allowed

You may not upload, write or try to create anything in these six categories:

  • Sexual content and nudity. Pornographic, sexually explicit or suggestive material of any kind.
  • Violence and gore. Graphic violence, injury or death shown for shock, including cruelty to animals. Sharing how your pet died, in your own words, is not a breach.
  • Hate. Content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar traits, including hateful symbols.
  • Content that endangers children. Any sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or harms children. We have zero tolerance for this.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation. Using photos of real people, or trying to make an image that impersonates a real person or misleads people about what really happened.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement. Photos you don't have the right to use, or attempts to get other people's characters, logos, brands or artwork into an image.

Zero tolerance. As soon as we find child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors, content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or sexual images of real people made or shared without their consent, we close the account and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities.

Also not allowed: passing an AI image off as a real photograph or a hand-made painting to mislead people; harassing or threatening anyone; trying to get around our checks or limits; using bots or scripts on the Service, or collecting images or data from it in bulk.

4. How we check content

  • Photos. When you add a photo to Rainbow Bridge, it is checked automatically by an AI image model running on Cloudflare. It looks for whether there's an animal, whether a person is the main subject, and whether the photo may break this policy. A refused photo is never used to make an image.
  • Pet details. The words you share about your pet are checked against a list of blocked words that we keep up to date, when you finish the Rainbow Bridge questions and again before an image is made. Memorials and stories are checked against our blocked-word list before they are saved.
  • Finished images. Each Rainbow Bridge image is checked automatically before you see it. A refused image counts as a failed one, and its credits go back to your balance.
  • The AI models we use have their own safety filters and may refuse a request.
  • If a check can't run because the checking service is briefly unavailable, the photo or image is let through rather than blocking you. A photo let through this way, or added before these checks began, is checked before the next image is made from it.
  • Records. We keep a record of each automatic picture check and each refusal of words: the result, the time, the check that ran and the pet it was for, never the picture or your words.
  • Privacy. Rainbow Bridge photos and images, and Companion conversations, are private to you. Our team doesn't look through them; a person reviews every report you send us, along with anything you attach.

Automatic checks can make mistakes in both directions. If you think a photo was refused by mistake, try a different photo or email us.

5. How to report a problem

Report anything on Fhelyai that you think breaks this policy, for example a public memorial or story, an example image on our website, an image you believe was made from your photo without your permission, or anything involving the safety of children. Email support@fhelyai.com with "Report" in the subject. Tell us what you saw, where and when, and include links or screenshots if you have them. We don't tell the person you report who reported them.

If you see sexual content involving a child anywhere online, also report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or to your local police.

6. What we do

  • Refuse the photo, words or image (this happens automatically).
  • Remove the content.
  • Suspend or close the account, especially for serious or repeated breaches.
  • Report to law enforcement where the law requires it.

Reports about the safety of children are handled first.

7. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, for example your account was suspended, email support@fhelyai.com with "Appeal" in the subject and tell us why. A person will look at it again and reply by email.

8. AI-generated content

Rainbow Bridge images are marked as AI-generated. They are illustrations, not photographs, and they are not hand-painted. Companion replies and Reincarnation Readings are written by AI.

9. Changes and contact

We update this page when the policy changes and change the date at the top.
