All plans include the same AI companion and long-term memory. Daily Companion includes twice the monthly allowance of Light Companion, and Extended Companion includes five times the allowance.
Chat and images share your monthly allowance. Usage depends on the resources needed, including context, reasoning and image generation. Failed requests do not use your allowance. You can check your monthly usage and refresh date in your account.
Your allowance refreshes each month on the day you subscribed, including on annual plans. For dates such as the 31st, shorter months use their last day. Your account shows the next refresh date. Existing permanent bonus allowance does not expire.
No. The full ten-chapter report is a separate one-time purchase of $29.99. It does not require a subscription or use Companion allowance, and the hexagram preview remains free.
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel anytime from the subscription card on your Profile page. Your remaining allowance and long-term memory stay available until the current period ends, and you will not be billed again afterward.
Not currently. Cancel the current subscription, wait for its billing period to end, then choose another plan. On an annual plan that means waiting until the year you paid for is over. Cancelling never removes permanent allowance you have already earned.
As a general rule, purchases of digital products are non-refundable. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, technical failures and services that weren't delivered are reviewed case by case if you write to us within 14 days of the charge. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period; see the Refund Policy for full terms.
