What can I use for free, and what does a subscription add?
You can try the Companion with a limited free allowance. Memorial creation, daily rituals, and public care guides are also available without a Companion subscription. A subscription adds more Companion credits every month and enables long-term memory, so the Companion can remember you and your pet across conversations.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Pro?
All plans include the same AI Companion and long-term memory. They differ mainly in price and monthly credits: Basic has 800 credits, Standard has 2000, and Pro has 5000.
How are Companion credits used?
Each completed AI reply uses 10 credits. Failed or unfinished replies are refunded. Monthly subscription credits are used before permanent credits.
Do monthly credits expire? What are permanent credits?
Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Permanent credits never expire: new accounts receive 60, and a successful referral gives 300 to the inviter and 200 to the invited member.
Does a subscription include the full reincarnation report?
No. The full ten-chapter report is a separate one-time purchase of $29.99. It does not require a subscription or use Companion credits, and the hexagram preview remains free.
Does the subscription renew automatically, and how do I cancel?
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel anytime from the subscription card on your Profile page. Your remaining credits and long-term memory stay available until the current period ends, and you will not be billed again afterward.
Can I upgrade or downgrade during a billing cycle?
Not currently. Cancel the current subscription, wait for its billing period to end, then choose another plan. On an annual plan that means waiting until the year you paid for is over. Cancelling never removes permanent credits you have already earned.
When can I request a refund?
Unused services may be eligible within 14 days of purchase. Technical failure, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and non-delivery are reviewed case by case. Cancelling does not issue an automatic refund; see the Refund Policy for full terms.
Which payment methods and currencies are supported?
All prices are in USD. Available methods are those shown by the secure Creem checkout for your region and may include supported cards. Payment details are encrypted and handled by the payment provider.
